RETURNS

Return requests should be placed sending an email to us not longer than 24 hrs after receipt of products and items should be sent back to us with registered tracking number not longer than 48 hrs after receipt.

Due to the exclusivity of our limited edition fabrics orders including Signature Collection* pieces with more than 1 item per order during high season (April-October) will be refunded only via store credit.

DELIVERY
Please note that buyer is responsible of any taxes and import duties due, as well as paying for returns or exchanges.

Any customs fees, taxes, tariffs, duties, etc. that may be incurred at the time of delivery would be at the discretion of your country's tax regulations.
To ensure faster delivery items are shipped from two locations depending on current availability. We ship our orders with DHL Express, Fedex or registered standard post mail from our European Distribution centre and from our production studio in Bali.

The majority of shipments with DHL Express will take between 1 and 3 working days, while packages shipped with Standard Shipping method will take between 10 and 20 working days to arrive, counting from the date when the order is dispatched.
