COVID-19 Deliveries

We are working diligently, around the clock to prepare and ship your orders in a timely manner. Please note that due to COVID-19 boarder restrictions, purchases with selected Standard Delivery may take longer than usual to process and deliver. If you want to expedite your package, please choose "Priority Shipping" to guarantee one-week delivery if no issues presented at borders.

Delivery:

STANDARD DELIVERY

Shipping within the European Union, USA, Asia, South America is processed between 1 and 2 business days and shipped with local Post Office priority service with online tracking number. 

Should you need your order to be delivered within a specific time frame, then please choose Express Shipping Service and we will arrange for faster guaranteed delivery methods with DHL Express.

Please note that buyer is responsible of any taxes and import duties due, as well as paying for returns or exchanges.

Any customs fees, taxes, tariffs, duties, etc. that may be incurred at the time of delivery would be at the discretion of your country's tax regulations. 

 

Returns & Exchanges

Return requests should be placed sending an email to us not longer than 24 hrs after receipt of products and items should be sent back to us with registered tracking number not longer than 48 hrs after receipt.

Our products are handcrafted one at a time by our craftsmen in tough nature conditions among flora and fauna and we ask our customers and supporters to understand that items may naturally vary.  

Due to the nature of our business and as with all handmade materials, slight variations in the finish, shape and color are possible and not considered a defect or product flaw. Those natural differences are what make each piece of a handmade product charming, unique and authentic.

Nonetheless, we take extra care to quality check all our products before shipping to ensure that you receive a beautiful item that you'll enjoy wearing. 

In the case of a claim we reserve the right to offer a repair, or an exchange for the same item (or for another one of your choice if the same isn’t available) or issue a full refund.

We do not cover any damages including, but not limited to: misuse or neglect, normal wear and tear, accidents, exposure to extreme conditions, change of colour, acids, ink, oils, solvents, water or malicious damage. 

We do not cover any claims for incidental or consequential damages in connection with the product.

In any event, we reserve the right to inspect the item and make a fair judgement as to whether the fault is covered or not. 

Faulty items:

In the highly unlikely event that your item has a fault, please email us (with pictures) and we can provide you with a returns address so you can send the item back to us.

We strongly suggest you properly package your item and that you use a tracking/signatory postage service which has adequate insurance cover for the item/s that you are posting, as regrettably we cannot be held liable for any items that are lost or damaged in transit. Additionally, we recommend you keep a copy of your proof of postage.

Once we receive the item, we can quality check the product, and if it is deemed that the item is faulty, we will either send you a replacement item or issue a refund.

Before sending the goods back to us, please take note of the following considerations:

•      Goods must be unused, in its original condition, packed appropriately.

•      Please ensure you post the goods back to us within the 15-calendar days from the date of purchase.

•      Kindly note that customers are responsible for return postage costs.

•      Return Policy on Signature Collection exclusive to each season.

•      All goods returned to us must comply with the terms and conditions, as well as the returns procedure; otherwise we reserve the right to return the item/s back to you at your expense.

• When issuing a refund, please allow a minimum of five working days for the money to be issued back in your account.
